कोर्ट ने कहा, जो भी प्रार्थी अभ्यर्थी एक जनवरी 2012 के बाद वांछित योग्यता नहीं रखते, उसे परीक्षा के योग्य नहीं माना जा सकता

जयपुर. हाईकोर्ट ने आरटेट के फर्स्ट लेवल में उत्तीर्ण बीएड धारकों को थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर भर्ती के फस्र्ट लेवल के योग्य नहीं माना है। हाईकोर्ट के न्यायाधीश एमएन भंडारी ने राजेश कुमार मीणा व अन्य की करीब एक हजार याचिकाओं को निस्तारित करते हुए कहा कि प्रार्थियों ने एनसीटीई की अधिसूचना को चुनौती नहीं दी है।

कोर्ट ने कहा कि ऐसे में जो भी प्रार्थी अभ्यर्थी एक जनवरी 2012 के बाद वांछित योग्यता नहीं रखते हैं। उसे परीक्षा के योग्य नहीं माना जा सकता। क्योंकि ये एक जनवरी 2012 तक ही नियुक्ति के लिए योग्य थे। कोर्ट ने कहा कि विशेष तौर पर उस स्थिति में जब न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता में शिथिलता का अधिकार दो परिस्थितियों में दिया जाता है। या तो योग्यताधारी अभ्यर्थी विज्ञप्ति में दिए गए पदों से कम हों या कोर्स कराने वाले संस्थान नहीं हो।
